"Magic" involves trickery and deceit. Slight of hand and misdirection based on the physics of our world.
"Miracle" is a label people give an event based on perception, in which they may or may not feel an unexplainable force has intervened to produce a favorable outcome. Its definition varies from person to person.
For example, one might say, "He beat cancer! What a miracle!"
Another might say, "With the rush hour gridlock, it was a miracle I made it to the movie on time."
Perception.

magic is something that can be explained, just like every magician has their secrets to how the trick is done where as a miracle has no explanation. the bible has many examples of miracles. such as the parting of the red sea for the Israelite to cross on dry land would you consider that magic or a miracle, well that's obvious it was a miracle because that would have been imposable for someone to do with magic.
I hope that helps.

Depends what your associate the unknown event to.
A miracle is something wonderful. It is often associated to a spirit, blessing or good fortune.
Magic has a few variations. There is the "illusion" aspect where something mysterious occurs that you cannot explain. This is what magicians do at a show.
Then there is "paranormal" magic that influences events, objects, people by mystical or paranormal means, such as sorcery or witch craft.
Essentially, all of these represent a solution for the unknown. As science or your understanding improves, the true nature behind the event is revealed.

To me the difference between magic and miracle, is magic is slight of hand , it has to do with human behavior and tricks.
A miracle is something God or higher power is involved with, that without divine intervention would not have a good result

Magic is done with a selfish motive, Miracle is with an ultruistic motive. Miracle may happen without actually willing of the person who supposedly does it.
BTW, I have never witnessed or heard of a real miracle of magic, I am just talking about the impression of the words in my mind.

"An alcoholic is someone who drinks more than what you think you should" - Oscar Wilde
In reality there is no difference between magic and miracle. But, people who belong to the same group as the magic-caster call it miracles and anyone not in the group calls it magic.

The person who does it. Magic is the manipulation of perceptions through the use of the laws of psychology and physics. A miracle is the suspension of those laws. If you can't see behind the curtain, the only difference is the person doing it.
