Personally, it would be a hard decision to choose between the two.

POTC III for sure. Pirates has so many questions they have to answer, while spiderman is just continuing another story line with another villain. (I still say they should've done VENOM and CARNAGE!)
Don't get me wrong...spider man is great!
But the third Pirates is supposed the be the concluding sequel. So it has way more of an effect than another spiderman.

I would agree it would be a hard decision. Since Captain Jack has not yet got the woman and Spiderman has - I suppose POTC III. So call me romantic - I am not sure I can handle an evil Spiderman, but would probably see the next weekend.
