To clarify the question, how much time is spent researching and studying initiatives and tracking the voting records of your representatives? Do you know if their voting record matches your concerns, or not? How much time per week is spent watching TV?

Uh, most of the TV I watch is news or C-Span, so I consider that all my time before voting.

Granted, I do watch a number of "crap" shows too, but I spend plenty of time "educating" myself on the candidates.
