you can get a positive pregnancy test on the first day of your missed period ... some even detect the hcg up to 5 days before that.

I knew a week after we had conceived, intuition kind of thing, but then took an EPT test a week before my missed period and found out it was true. may not work for everyone, but apparently my body makes alot of hcg, so i could tell right away, and this time I was so exhausted within a few days of conceiving, just knew i was pregnant. But yes there are alot of tests out there that can show you up to 5 days sooner. The EPT was my fave and for showing the father, the tests with the digital readout is good, pregnant or not pregnant, very simple for them to decode.

Yes some can. A woman can sense a change in her body, but may not be able to determine exactly what is the cause for the change. If you really know your body, than yes you can tell almost right away--A test will only give you the completeness of knowing for sure.

You can definitely tell before two months. But if your taking a pregnancy test and it is negative but you've just got a feeling that you are, I would definitely go to the doctors and have them test you or do a blood test. I had that feeling when my pregnancy test showed up negative and when I went to the doctors I truely was pregnant! Good luck!

A good test can usually tell within 1 to 2 weeks of a missed period.

You can be a month pregnant and know. I found out I was pregnant when I was between 2-4 weeks.
I passed out and had to go to the hospital because I hit my head and the doctor told me I was pregnant. He took blood but it didnt kick in so when I left the hospital I took a home pregnancy test and it came back positive.
So it is possible to find out that early.

some women know before they miss a period - it all depends on how quickly your body produces the hcg and the level of the test can read
but most women know when they miss a period - which is technically a month pregnant already

Sure. My friend was just three weeks pregnant when she found out. At home-tests may not register a pregnancy that early, but a doctor's test, especially a blood test, most likely will.
