Talk to your power supply company. Though I highly doubt they issue vouchers if food spoils from a storm-related outage unless the state itself has issued a state of emergency and is getting relief money to help those displaced etc.

Why would they give you a voucher? It's not anyone's fault the storm took down power lines. Why should someone else pay to restock your fridge?

If your house was damaged in a major storm and you're homeless and have no food, contact the Red Cross for help.

your insurance company when you file your claim. But remember that when you file a claim your rates go up. Is your food in your fridge worth the rate increase? Or would it be easier to go out and buy new food. More than likely it would be easier to go out and buy food.
