Well I would say New Orleans, but ya know..
That's where I fell in love. Plus there's SO much to do there. It's not just a place to get wasted and show your "assets". There are some beautiful things to see. The Lake was awesome. It looked like the ocean. Emeril's restaurant (2 thumps up) and the French quarters...ahh memories.
But since the hurricane I would have to say Hawaii. I know it so typical, but it really is a beautiful place with great food and friendly people. It's just expensive.

P.S.- Kid and I are great. Ex still sucks and no hard feelings! I feel bad too! : )

The most beautiful place in the world to me is Malia, Crete. You will fly into ther Heraklion airport. There, it is paradise beyond your wildest imagination. The lovely architecture, the beaches look like sugar, and the water is so crystal blue. Great shopping, food, nightlife, very romantic. I can't remember where I stayed, but it was nice, and cozy. Also, you can go island hopping by boat and visit the Island of Santorini, where that famous church is. Too pretty.

Not far from Cali., head to the Big Island of Hawaii and stay at a place called "Kona Village", it's pricey but trust me you'll never forget it. While you're there rent a jeep and just EXPLORE the whole island, different climates and landscapes unique to this one island. There is also a special experience where you can either Scuba or snorkel with huge manta rays at sunset. Here's a few links for ya.

For once I will be serious...The absolute greatest trip we have ever gone on is Hedonism II in Negril. Its not like all say, its wild and great if you love to party. It has all walks of life on one resort and it really is second to none. Superclubs does an outstanding job and Air Jamaica is the only way to fly

you ought to circulate some place heat the place there's a coastline. My son enjoyed the coastline while he became that age. Corpus Christi or some place like it particularly is a blast. Plus it will be a metamorphosis from February climate (until you reside some place like that already!)
