I like all of them. I especially like Isabella Lilianna and Eva Sophia, but you also, like someone else said go with Ava, because Eva is going to be pronouced eee-vah here in the US most of the time.

Eva Sophia and Alexander Michael. Michael is such a classic beautiful but overused as a first name. Alexander has a regal sound. Excellent choices! As the guy from I am SAM would say.

Oh my, what a dreamy list of names!! All of those except Madeleine and Sebastian where on my dream list of names! ALL SO BEAUTIFUL!!! My favorite are Eva (pronounced EHV-uh) Lilianna (my middle name is Lilia) and for a boy, Alexander James. You have excellent taste!!! Lilianna Sophia is also lovely. You're gonna have a gorgeous, beautiful baby. And even though you don't KNOW what you're having, a study was done that said that 71% of the mothers asked were able to predict the sex of their babies correctly without being told what they were having. I'm having a girl in October. Congrats to you!!!

Isabella Madeline is nice
Alexander James is the best of the listed, but Alex is only so so - becoming more of a girl's name than a boys. How about Theadore ("Ted") or turn one of your names around: Michael Alexander or William Alexander are both better.
