NO bleaching does not make your hair grow. Bleaching it actually makes it fall out a little bit.

yes, if you do anything to unwanted hair, like cut it,or shave it or pluck it or wax or bleach the hair follicle reacts and jump starts new growth.
Yes you will have to continue till the day your die or the hair finally gives up, which ever comes first. good luck, I've been waxing,shaving and plucking unwanted hair for over 20 years.still hair refuses to give up.

no it does not but you need to consider what your skin tone is because if you bleach something white and your not the same shade it looks gross next ? yes because think of how much sunks attract attention now think of your natural hair color growing in with the white hair
