Try the official EA Sims 2 Exchange or The Sims Resource. I'm sure there are modders who have made the skins already. You might have to look around a little, but I'm sure you'll find some. Star Wars is popular.

There are some star wars things on http://www.modthesims2.com , it's a free site. Just put star wars in their search area and it should bring up some downloads.
