You can't - yahoo recommends Outlook Express. People always seem to get confuse between Outlook Express & Microsoft Outlook - there are two different types of programs.

you dont need to pay for it, you can get it free by selecting Yahoo! Delivers - this sets your yahoo account to work for POP3 forwarding.
If you go to you Yahoo mail main page, click Options on the far right, then click POP Access and Forwarding. Choose the appropriate options there, then click View POP Settings, and use this info to setup your outlook account - i presume you know how to do this.

You have to pay for Yahoo to export mail to microsoft outlook or Outlook express. If you are computer savy, then google ypops a free but complicated way to export yahoo mail to Outlook Express. It isnt illegal as stated on their website. it just automatically logs in to yahoo and downloads your e-mail to your computer.

go to yahoo mail and hit options on the right it tells you how to pop3 forward .
And yes it can be done .

pop 3 services is not available to all the countries so check if this is there for u r country..
