That lot are so caught up in the game I'd be surprised if they even remember what their primary objectives are. The game used to be easier when it involved de-stabilising tin pot regimes and playing with the communists, the whole terrorist thing is so diffuse they don't have the experience or techniques to respond accurately. I think that's why they look like they are out for global domination.
