To cool off their feet. Tennis is a pounding activity on the feet and my feet hurt after a few games of tennis. So I like to get out of the tight sweaty shoes. Hugs! Von!

the court is very hot & there is a lot of friction on the soles of your feet. not only do you get out of your shoes, you take you socks and tape off.
