I DON'T REALLY NOW HOW TO PICK IT AND ITS LIKE $4.99 FOR LIKE A BAG OF GRAPES WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. THE ONLY REAL FRUIT I'VE BEEN FAITHFUL TO IS WATERMELON, BUT I DO DRINK A LOT OF JUICY JUICE B\C OF THE 100% ALL NATURAL FACTOR!

Too much of anything, even if it is natural and 100% is not as good for you as you might think. Drinking juice as part of your daily intake of fruit and vegetables is fine, but don't use juice as a replacement for fresh. Fresh fruit has a lot of necessary fiber plus is more filling than juice. If you have a farmer's market in your area, visit it and talk with the growers. They will be glad to answer questions about how to choose fruit and veggies, too. At the store, look for fruit that is firm, not too mushy or soft and without any noticeable bruises. Look at it, feel it, and smell it, you will know if something is bad. You don't have to buy a whole bag of grapes or a bunch of bananas. Most fruit is sold by the pound so you can just buy one banana or a small bunch of grapes. There are so many good choices for fruit, especially this time of year - many varieties of apples, pears, kiwi, all kinds of berries, different kinds of melons, peaches, nectarines, apricots. Maybe try choosing one thing every week to try. After some practice, you will get to know how to pick fresh fruit. I would suggest cutting back on the juice. Try drinking more water and low-fat or fat-free milk and slowly increase the amount of fresh fruit. Watch the ads in your grocery store for what fruit is on sale and try those first. No need to stop drinking juice but add some fresh fruit as well.

You'll get the same amount of vitamins and minerals that you need from Juicy Juice as compared to other juices. I personally don't buy Juicy Juice for my children and I, as I would rather spend the $0.69 more for 100% real apple or grape juice. And, Welch's has more real flavor in their juice, than all the sugar that they put in Juicy Juice.

However, not eating the fruits will result in a loss of fiber.
Fiber is an aid for digestion in the body.

Too much juice will result in your body taking in too much sugar. Fruits do have a naturally high sugar content to begin with, it's what makes them sweet. Too much sugar from all that juice, can lead to excessive weight gain, not to mention diarrhea.

Go ahead and drink the juice, but do so in limits. I personally would rather eat the fruit, it's more of a good feeling to bite into a sweet apple than drink a small cup of sugary apple juice.

It is really ok to subsitute like one serving of fruit with juice. There are still a lot of nutrients missing from juice that you can get from the real thing. Try a farmer's market.

No. It's not the same thing. Juice is OK, but you need the fiber that comes with real fruit. Try eating dried fruit along with the juice.

You might want to check some of the pediatric websites, but alot of the 100% juices say on the bottle that one 8 oz glass equals one serving of fruit.

juicy juice is 100% real fruit juice nothing wrong with drinking that even your dr will tell you the same.

from the nutrition point of view, it is not ok..u should opt for the real thing..fruit juices are ok only if they are all-natural and that they don't have added sugar,preservatives,colouring or added flavouring..if they don't have any of that but they have added vitamins or minerals than it is ok..but still it is not enough..u still need fiber in ur nutrition and real fruits can provide u with that..if u find them to be expensive than try to include more veges in ur diet..u should actually include more veges in ur diet..and don't stick to just one type of fruit juice or fruit or vege to eat..eat a variety of them all..u need all the nutrients u can get..
