Generally the male gonads in reptiles are referred to as testes (sing. testis) and they are internal. And yes, male dinosaurs had these. Testicle is generally reserved for mammals although there doesn't seem to be a technical difference between the terms.

Yes, but they were probably inside the body.
Dinosaurs are related to birds and reptiles, and had body structures similar to both. Both don't have external testicles, but they are still there, inside. We may say the same thing for dinos...
