I hear Vinny down on 32nd Street does these types of loans, but the interest rates are outrageous and if you're late on a payment, he'll send Guido to break your thumbs...
Of course, you could also just use the people below. Of course, if they're spending their afternoons on Yahoo Answers, it might make you wonder how they make a living as mortgage brokers. Friggin' prostitutes... :)

I didn't know any lender would do a No doc (no income verif) on loans with less than 20% down.
