Persoanlly I don't care for porn. But I will raise this question:
If there is a law which I genuinely disagree with, why should I obey it?
If people did just blindly follow every single law to the letter, there would be no progress or much needed social evolution.
Besides, I don't know where you are, but where I am (UK) porn isn't illegal. Not to my knowledge at least. Like I said, I don't really care for porn. What other people do is none of my business, at least as far as this subject goes.

Not everyone does. Not all such is illegal.
My wife got a new food magazine and it had a double-page picture collage of everything featured inside, she said that was pornographic. We have several senses, some like going into perfume shops for the thrill it gives them. Whether food or drugs or visually suggestive imagery, we all have things that titilate or stimulate, which makes our bodies pump out another dose of some feel-good hormone. I had a friend who talked of the rush he got when competing athletically, I thought he was a sicko too.

psych 101 - everyone wants what they can't have. Tell a person that he/she can't have something, and it will immediately become the most desired object.
