Probably, but depends on the state. Try planned parenthood they are confidential and usually pretty inexpensive. You can also get over the counter stuff like condoms and spermicides.

Go to any woman's clinic -- listed under county services in the phonebook or on the internet or call a gynecologists office or if you can't figure that out, call Information -- any gynecologists office, and ask where the county womens health office is located. Call a taxi if you cannot drive after you have made your appointment. If you are going to become sexually acatice, realize that bc pills will not protect you from STD's AIDS or any of a host of other really nasty sexually transmitted diseases. But hey, protect yourself -- with the exception of AIDS, the other diseases can be cured at the county womens clinics as well.... go for it honey, protect yourself

It depends on the state you live it. Some states make it 16 others 18. Ask somebody at your local health department (social services). Trust me when I tell you that they are going to find out about the pills and the sex. I'm a mother and I was having sex at your age. I got away with it for all of two months.

There are some states that require parental consent while others do not. A simple call to your doctor will give you the answer one way or another. Yet, you should also know that BC pills can be used to regulate your periods if you happen to be irregular with parent's consent. (hint).
