Chomsky hands down. He is smarter than Limbaugh by two miles, in fact he is smarter than just about everyone in washington.

Noam Chomsky vs. Rush Limbaugh is a Fringe Festival play to be performed in June of 2017 in London Ontario Canada. It is written by Paul Merrifield
It assumes Noam has turned "godless" and his granddaughter is in a gay relationship with Rush's daughter. The girls encourage both to finally meet and come up with a wedding gift of merging their ideologies. It's a comedy of course.

Depends. If Rush gets really hopped up on OC and has his hand picked crowd around him, he drowns out Chomsky and "wins." Otherwise, in every situation I've ever seen Limbaugh outside of his little coccoon of conservative cheerleaders, he gets absolutely squashed. Every time. He could be debating a mime and get laughed out of the building.

Chomsky is a socialist who has become very wealthy in the capitalist environment which he works, and rush is a capitalist. They will never ever change the others mind, so why bother.

Well since Rush uses regurgitated neoconservative spin to answer questions and Chomsky uses research and facts.......I think in a debate Rush would have to cancel...like he always does
