Depends on that furniture you mean.

Anyone can redo the padding on a dining room chair, all you need is a screw driver and a staple gun. However, couches and other 'stuffed' furniture can be much more complex. I am sure any large bookstore or fabric store will have several books on the subject.

i know this person who upholstered her furniture and does it to her couch everytime she feels that it needs to change style she didnt use a book she just measured everything and used a staple gun it took her about 2 days

she is talented with sewing and stuff so i guess its easy for her i know i would never be able to do it

u should ask a friend who knows more about this and can help u out throughout the project
