The only problem with yogurt is that there is no guarantee that the live "good" bacteria are alive when reaching the intestines.
I would suggest Shaklee's Optiflora. This two-product system includes Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora) + Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora). Patented guaranteed delivery of 500 million microflora ("good" bacteria) to intestines.
Other products claim live microflora at the time of manufature only.
Also Garlic Complex - destroys yeast overgrowth.

Yogurt/ cranberry juice wont cure it. Vaginal suppositories like Vagisil usually are effective enough to rid the infection. They can be found near the health aisle in many stores. If that doesnt work I would suggest seeing your gyno for a pap smear and some prescription antibiotics

Yogurt doesn't work as a cure, it is more of a preventative. It promotes healthy bacteria.

I'd rather see a doctor. Cranberry juice is for bladder or kidney infection.

no that's not true... get a treatment at your pharmacy! Eating yogurt which have the good bacteria helps your intestinal system to be stable and have a good digestion.
