Meditation is very helpful for stress and just to help center yourself again. There are many books and CDs available that will guide you through it until you're more familiar with how to do it. Mediatation has helped me a great deal.

There is a world of relief in store for you if you check out Tai Chi Chih and Yoga. The yoga helps me more, personally. Try both, I did and they helped my anxiety/depression immensely.

Try St. Johns Wort. It can work wonders for anxiety. You can get it from heath food stores such as Holland & Barrets (if you have them)
