"Best" is subjective but here are my picks:
QB - no matter how you look at it, Peyton Manning is still #1
RB - I'm going with Larry Johnson this year. I know he lost Roaf, but this is still a guy who ran for 1500 yards in 9 games. Those are Jimmy Brown numbers!
WR - this year there is a big cluster at the top of the WR list. I'm leaning toward Chad Johnson by default. Harrison and Wayne share the load. Owens is in a new system and new QB. Boldin and Fitzgerald share the load. Moss also has a new QB. Torry Holt could very well lead the league in yards as well.
TE - despite the new QB, Antonio Gates is a force to be reckoned with. No other TE can do what he does.

As long as he plays, Brett Favre is the best quarterback that I like to watch. He has redefined the position - plays the game as it was meant to be played, is fearless, and has so much fun with it all - because, after all - football is a game. His career is winding down folks, so enjoy him while he is around. The Packers have a new coaching staff and a re-tooled offense that will utilize Brett's ability to make plays without putting 100% of the responsibility for moving the football on his shoulders. This is going to be a fun year, and the year he breaks Dan Marino's career touchdown record of 420. I think Brett needs 25 TD passes this year to set the record - and, I think if he throw something like 27-29 picks this year he could set the all time interception mark too, currently at 277 (held by George Blanda).

I am going to go with Culpepper for my flier. Kurt Warner may be another if he can hold up. Also Drew Bledsoe.
Larry Johnson is a no brainer, what about that Foster kid for Carolina.
And receiver Steve Smith and Larry Fitzgerald. With Keyshawn in Carolina that is really going to help. Also I wouldn;t run away from T.O. either.
I also like Antonio Gates, Gonzalez is getting old.
