I would suggest the following Shaklee products.
B-Complex: Often called "The happy food". The B vitamins feed the nerves and have a profound effect on mental and emotional stability. Stress, medications, sugars, and alcohol all rob the body of B vitamins. B-Complex helps with: anti-stress, reduces cravings of chocolate, caffeine, and sugar, PMS + others.
Stress Relief Complex:
Fast Relief - Thirty minutes is all it takes for Stress Relief Complex to work.
Natural Relief: Four all-natural ingredients enable your own body reduce the effects of stress.
Promotes relaxation with drowsiness, L-theanine (Camellia sinensis), a naturally occurring amino acid found in green tea, helps generate alpha waves that creates a relaxed yet alert mental state.
Enhances the body's ability to adapt to continuing stress. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - an Ayurvedic herb that enhances the body's ability to adapt to stress.
Helps reduce the effects of everyday stress by blunting the cortisol response to stress. Beta-Sistosterol, a natural plant sterol, helps blunt cortisol, a hormone produced during physical stress.
Helps make norepinephrine, which is involved in mood regulation. L-tyrosine is an amino acid produced by the body to make the neurotransmitter norepinephrine.
Handles Ongoing Stress - Stress Relief Complex enables the body to create the antibodies necessary to cope with prolonged stress.
No Kava - A "fad ingredient" that the FDA warned may cause severe liver injury.

i have been reading a lot about bionutrition , its a whole food not an isolated supplement ,
the following info is from a testimonial page that i will link to for you , you will have to scroll down the page , here it is
Stress - "Six months ago I went through a very difficult period. Problems and stress built up to the point where I was heading for a nervous breakdown. My therapist advised BSF by Dr. Kiriac instead of sedatives. I was astonished at the positive effect of such a natural product!"

My best suggestion is to take some liquid Vitamin B-12. It's fast acting ( for me it's been 10 - 15 minutes ) and if you can catch the depression episode coming up ... take it before hand and hopefully it gets your psyche back in check. It's also great for an energy boost especially with a new baby. I hope this works for you. Remember to take time for yourself as well. You deserve it!

You might not want to try anything unless/until you speak with your physician first.
Not worth it to harm your baby. All those feelings, by the way, are normal during new parenthood, unless they become really severe.
Talk to somebody about it...and not on here!!
