Hi. I get the impression that English is not your native language. This is not a barrier to finding a job.
I think you should go immediately to an agency that specializes in placing mechanical engineers. Since you are looking for such a job, I assume you have a degree.
If you go to such an agency, they will help you with your English, go over your resume, tell you how to dress for the interview, and tell you what to say.
The people working for these agencies get paid only if they
find you a job. Therefore, they will work very hard to place anyone who has the right skills.
Obviously, if your resume or cover letter are written and typed the way your question is, you won't find work. You probably know that.
Best of luck!

Before you can expect to find a job in the field of mechanical engineering, you had better improve your communication skills.
If I were looking for someone for a position in my company, and saw your poor use of spelling and grammar, I would chuckle, shake my head, and move on to my next applicant.
My least educated technician demonstrates better use the English language than you. If English is your second language, I recommend that you take some remedial English classes.
Best of luck!

Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to
get hired.

First and foremost you need to work on your communication skills. If you are not English but want a job in the US, you need to do better at learning the language. If you are English, I doubt you are any kind of engineer. Stay in school.
