I have a long brown flowy skirt that has the style of the wrinkled affect sewn into it, almost more like folds. Some of you might know what I am talking about it was featured in the Gap commercials lastyear. But what I wanna know is it alright to still wear with turqouse earings and a bracelit?

Depends on if you still like the skirt. Don't worry about what's "In" right now. Fashion changes so much that it's impossible for us in the real world to keep up.
If you like it and the jewelry, then wear them! Maybe a top with brown and turquoise design to bring it all together if you aren't sure about them matching.

Yes and get you a Torqouse tank top and a light beige fish-net cover with the short waste....Or you don't have to use the fish-net cover but the tank and the earings and bracelet will look great...

No, the boho look is out and old. The earrings and bracelette are fine but that skirt has got to go.
