you know when youve had a child like 10 years ago and you have that bit of skin on your stomach that hangs.

I had a tummy tuck and hip liposuction done on July 11th, and I am very happy with the result. I had a VERY saggy stomach after my twin pregnancy 3 years ago....even after I got back down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 130, people were asking me when I was "due." It was very depressing.

My stomach is FLAT now, and I'm not even sure if all of the swelling has gone down! Give yourself a solid 2 to 3 weeks to recover, though. (I'm a teacher, so I had the summer off from work.)

A lot of people don't realize that "diet and exercise" are NOT going to cut it for everyone....if you LOSE ELASTICITY IN YOUR SKIN, it isn't coming back! Nothing would have gotten rid of my sag; I was too over-stretched.

Go get at least 2 consultations from plastic surgeons (if you are in Connecticut, I can refer mine....she is AWESOME!) They will let you know if you are a good candidate and what exactly you would need. I was also able to FINANCE mine through Capital One Health Care Finance, so see if they are available in your state, too.

I had a great recovery and I am extremely happy with my flat stomach. I only had a total of 5 pounds removed, but my body has been "remolded" and I feel so much better about my body.

Feel free to contact me, and best wishes on whatever you do!

I haven't had one, but my good friend has. She had a huge scar when it was done from one side to the other but low so that was below her bikini line. It's a painful op as so much is cut away. She was pleased with the result esp as it also removed an unsightly apendix scar. 10 years on the scar has faded, but not enough to wear tiny knickers.

have you considered non-surgical aternatives? corset, oils, diet? My sister has the sort of baggy belly you are refering to, but I do not (although we are both overweight). I have always moisturised well, drink lots of water, exercise etc.
