As a customer you are hired to construct renaissance costumes for a college play. You wish to build a type of cone hat for the noblewomen. YOu want to know how much material yuo will need for each hat. You are going to start with large circles and cut a 12" radius, which will determine the hat's height. THen you will overlap the cut ends to make a cone. THe area of a circle is determined by the formula A= pi r^2 HOW MUCH MATERIAL WILL YOU NEED TO BUILD ONE HAT?

In your problem there is only ONE number 12"
then a formula is given with ONE variable r

for one hat you need pi*12"*12" surface of hat mAterial.

Note that a lot of material is wasted about 1/3, If you are interested I can email you another construction that is much more efficient and still looks like a cone !

As per the problem we will change the circle into cone for hat.. so area remains constant..thats answer is 144Pi

2. the first guy has to say he's not a political candidate. If he says he's a political candidate and is then he's telling the fact. If he isn't any longer a political candidate yet says he's, then he's mendacity, and in easy words politicians tell lies. So he has to say he's not because if he isn't any longer one then he's telling the fact, and if he's one then he's mendacity. in accordance to that, the second one guy is mendacity and the third guy is telling the fact and in no way something yet. So even as he says the first guy claimed to no longer be, he's exposing that mans lie. i imagine thats precise.
