Tricky. But just try to spend time with him. I am NOT telling you to go get physical with him. Be his friend. Talk to him. Make him feel like he can trust you, open up to you. If a guy can feel comfortable with you, it'll make him like you even more. Eventually he will ask you out, if he really likes you. Just give it time. Take this time that you two aren't together to get to know him better. :]

Be available and try to be around a lot. try getting mutual friends to hang out so you can be close to him. If you strike up a conversation maybe he'll mention something you can help him with (like homework or advice) then give him your number and say, "he'res my number, I can help you out if you want to give me a call."
Please don't use friends to do the talking for you

well I'm kinda in the same situation here but i just have him come over to my house and watch movies or something and i flirt with him and he flirts back.
but you should do what you feel is right. sometimes us girls have to be the one who is upfront with it and ask them out but why dot you just tell him u want him to ask u out already and if he like u he'll do it and get it over with.

flirt flirt flirt! give him little hints and unless hes stupid he will pick up on those hints. you might want to drop some hints in front of him too about things you like to do for fun. that way he will know what to do on your night out with each other.
