Godspell?

As far as secular written musicals, people have mentioned Godspell and JCS and Joseph.

I would also suggest Children of Eden (Stephen Schwartz, who wrote Godspell...) or the Mysteries.

BUT if you are looking for something written from a Christian pov, I would send you to... http://www.nph.com/nphweb/html/ldol/index.jsp which is the primary Biblical drama/musical publishing house.

Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph and the Technicolor Dream are all great bibleical musicals, but if you want a play you could take a story from the bible and touch up the diologe

Try the mystery plays. They are some of the earliest form of drama, and were based almost entirely on religious topics.

Other than that:
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
Jesus Christ Superstar
