How can i make a transmitter very cheap to make a radio station?

Please tell me guys how can i be the broadcaster by making a cheap but good transmitter?

If you mean you want to create an actual transmitter to broadcast a signal, that's against FCC regulations. In fact, I believe anything over 1W is against FCC regulations. I also think that you don't want the Feds breaking down your door.

You can however, start an Internet radio station for almost nothing but you'll have to leave your PC on 24/7 if you want people to listen to it.
