Depends on how big the chunks are.

Sometimes a big girls can be attractive but when they squeeze themselves into tight clothing then that's when i think that it's disgusting. Not that I have anything against them it's just buy a bigger size your oveisiloy not that small! I mean how would you feel it I wore my little sisters dresses so my fat stuck out in every direction? She's 7 and I'm 13. Boys usally wear baggy clothes so when a guy is fat you don't notice it as much. Not that it's any different then when a girl is bigger. Sometimes bigger guys have better personalities then big girls so some girls prefer them from smaller guys who tend to be jerks. Even though not all guys are.

Seriously overweight, that's a problem. But, a little bit chunky. There's nothing wrong with that, and there are plenty of decent men out there that like a little meat on their girls. I think the problem with some chubby girls is the way they present themselves to the world. They wear baggy clothes that don't look good and they don't even try to make themselves look pretty because they think everyone just thinks they are fat and there's no use in trying to look good. Lane Bryant and Torrid both have super cute clothes for bigger girls. There's no reason a girl with curves has to hide in a muumuu or baggy t-shirts.

At the root of it all is the simple fact that guys process information visually. There are myriad examples of this behavior. Advertising and marketing agency's know this and use it to their advantage.
Go to Home Depot some Saturday afternoon and watch guys try to to explain a problem to a clerk; inevitably they will take out a pen and start to draw.
To many guys including myself, roly poly women are not a turn on. This is not a statement of who you are, what you do, what you believe in , your qualities as a human being. None of that comes into play. This is simply guys reacting to the dictates of male biology.
I personally like large properly proportioned women, - 5'10" 165-170lbs with hips, and butts and breasts very nice.
I also dislike the current skinny-teen age - boy with breasts - body type, total turn off
But try as I may I cannot get turned on by rolls of fat. I am not wired that way.
Don't give up though , good people find a way to find other good people. But now you know what the enemy thinks like.

This is the way the Media has conditioned people to react. Even as little as 50 years ago, women were liked a bit Thicker. Marilyn Monroe. Jane Russel, the list goes on. The standard of beauty changes with passing years. Yes, women not so skinny are EVERY bit as entitled to find true love as the skinny people are. Moreso in fact; I find most skinny women to be rather FULL of themselves. It makes them QUITE unattractive. Chin up! Not all men are idiots. Just the majority. But in amongst the lumps of coal, some diamonds still are hidden. :)

Girl, there's a whole lot of men out there who love thick girls. Now if we're talking about morbidly obese girls, then you know that physically it's going to be hard to find something attractive, but even then there's someone for everyone. I'm thick.. I have big hips and thighs, and a big butt... I'm Puerto Rican... and I have a boyfriend that loves me just the way I am. He can't get enough. You just have to find someone who likes you for who you are now, not for who you could be if you lost 10 lbs or so.

Some guys are chubby chasers - they like a girl to be thick. But there was a scientific study done that they were discussing on TV that said the bigger a man's waistline, the less inclined he was to cheat on his mate, regardless of the availability of other women. Maybe that is why girls like bigger guys sometimes.

well . . . u may B right. some fat boys have cuteness in them (on the inside), and they were meant 2 B "big". not fat, literally speaking, but most girls like guys who have a body larger and taller than their own. thats probably soemthing 2 B attracted 2. girls, on the other hand, were "meant" 2 B thin and pretty. guys just arent in2 that, u know what i mean?

It depends on what you mean by Chunky. If by chunky, you mean maybe 10 pounds over the average, then I don't think people mind nearly as much, but if it's 100 pounds over average, then guys might steer clear.

I think personality and attitude really is a factor in this, so yeah. You have to take that into account.

Some anthropologists have said that certain cultures prefer larger women, and others do not.

I think our culture - advertisements, etc. - push women into being too thin.

If a woman is healthy and fun to be with, the rest doesn't matter all that much. Many guys don't like skinny women.

I think it is more than simple physical size. Personality, presentation, hygiene, intelligence and many other factors play a role in whether or not a person is attractive. I know plenty of thin, good looking women that for other reasons are simply not attractive. If there is a most important factor, it is self-respect.
