Depends on what you mean by better
PC will always be the best becasue its the only one that can really be upgraded continuously
PS3 will have a better processor than xbox360 but it is MUCH harder to make games for because of the technologies at work, meaning PS3 wont hit its potential for a long time
360 has a 3 core processor, better than any computer at the moment and easy to make games for, plus its 100 dollars cheaper than a comparable PS3 and thousands less than a fully loaded PC

I would have to say that the ps3 is going to be the best in the end. The blue ray technology means that developers can put more information on the disc to give you a better feel for the game, it also has blue tooth technology and wifi ability's, you can go on line or play music if you want. The ps3 is sure to blow the Nintendo Wii right out of the water i'm sad to say. I already have a pc and play some games with it but i use it a lot for other things, a PlayStation 3 is the next generation game console.

I would say either 360 or PC. Not play station though.
With a good PC....gaming is unlimited though.
