I have to go today. It always makes me feel so violated, but no one else seems to have a problem with it.

I've never been (though I have had a prostate exam, and I have to admit I was not a big fan), but I did find this link below.

And the real key is to find a gynecologist that you feel comfortable around. If that's missing, then nothing else you do will work.

I also feel violated. I comfort myself saying thats its for a greater good.

i don't like it, but i don't feel violated. you should find an ob/gyn that you're more comfortable with.

if it's with a man i feel violated ,even if he is married,dating,gay or strait...i still don't lyk it....i much rather have a woman be myne...she has been thro the same thing and has experianced the same thing,and i trust women....but i still am feeling violated.

i think it's uncomfortbale and nerve wracking for everyone....just try to stay relaxed. have you been before? you have to remember that these people do this day after day after day and it's just their job. you're nothing special....they've seen it all before....good luck!
