Is there anyone out there who can make change for me?

There are two ways:
7 dimes, 4 nickels, 10 pennies.
3 dimes, 13 nickels, 5 pennies.

To change a $1.00 bill using coins including pennies, the number of pennies must be a multiple of 5. If you try 15 pennies, you're left trying to find a way to make 85¢ with only 6 coins... impossible with only dimes and nickels. If you try 0 pennies, you're stuck using 21 coins to make $1.00... but the smallest coins you're allowed to use are nickels, and 21 nickels is over a dollar.
