Well if you removed the pulley, you probably used a special puller that means you'll need to press the pulley back on..

a shop press?!

or a vise would work just be careful not to damage the reservoir.

P.S. You need a good MAN to do the work for you.

You will need the correct sized bolt that would thread into the end of the pump shaft, also you must use a washer between the bolt and pulley. The rest is easy to do. Most pumps come with the bolt and washer kit to install the pulley so you must be trying a used pump I assume.

Good Luck

PS, These other idiots are giving you the wrong info, do not use a prybar or hammer or vise!

Geez! these people crack me up...

I think Mikey meant a washer between the nut and the pulley, but he is right. This is a very tight press fit, so be sure to clean out the end of the pump before threading in the bolt. If you strip the threads out of the pump because the bolt isn't in far enough, you will be getting another pump.

Usually the puller you used to remove the pulley can be used to put it back on. If not, most auto parts stores will loan you the tool you need to press the pulley back on. Get a big pry bar too to make it easier, and make sure the pulley lines up correctly when you put it back on.
