Probably the light switch or fuse

Try the dimmer swich, also called the multi-function switch. Check to see if you are getting line voltage to your bulbes. If yes, change the bulbs as needed. If not, then repair/replace the switch. Also check for a fusible link to the Hi-beams.

As a long time Chrysler mechanic I,m betting your problem is the multi function switch.It is in the steering column and part of the turn signal lever.They go bad a lot.

I work at a chrysler-dodge-jeep dealership. Seems like the most common problem we see is in the multi-function switch (turn signal switch). You might want to try that.

Try changing the light bulb if that don't work take it to the shop and have a professional look at it. It may be electrical or a something as simple as a fuse.
