I would suggest TeenVogue, Seventeen, or ElleGirl, if there looking for fashion and the trends and J14 or Twist magazine if they're looking for a milder version of an entertainment/tabloid-mag.

Sweet16, there are a lot of really cool true stories and info and games and quizzes, it's a really enjoyable magazine to read. They even have fashion shoots and accesories with their prices and where you can get them. Or Teen People is a great magazine also. You can order Sweet16 in the mail and it comes every other month.
