The most interesting....I think would be her hands. You can see alot from a persons hands. What they've done, where they've been, what their weight is and constitution....there's a lot you can tell from hands if you looks at them long enough.
Eyes I think are the most revealing thing I think on a woman.
Neck can be the most beautiful...tied with pelvic/hip...

I say feet, you can tell how much she cares for her body by looking at her feet. If they are well kept, then she takes good care of her, but if not, then she does not.
