Check out sales at department stores or even places like American Eagle and Abercrombie. Sometimes you can find things there for less than what Target's clothes cost regularly. I've found some really good bargains in the mall -- $3.99 shirts and $5.99 skirts. There's a difference in quality between American Eagle and Target. I've worn some of my American Eagle shirts for six years but some of the shirts I buy at Target wear out quickly. Bargain-hunting is fun. There are certain times of the year that are better to find sales in -- usually when stores are trying to switch to another season's clothing and need to make space.
Target and Kohl's have cute clothes, though.

Believe it or not, I worked at Dillard's for four years, and I've seen a lot of good prices on their stuff. If you work there, you get a 25% discount on top of the sales prices. And if you shop at a time they have a special, like take additional 33% off sale price, wow! I'm assuming you wear juniors. That's where you can find so much stuff cheap. I know. Who would have thought a nice department store like that would have good prices!

hi! Ok, i like to shop at this store called Rave at the mall, and it has really cute clothes for A LOT less than at other stores at the mall like aeropostale and american eagle. I dont know if there are Rave stores where you live, but you can go the rave website www.lola.com. The sight isnt ready yet, but when it is, you can shop there. Hope this helps!

Depends on how cheap you want it. Goodwill has great stuff, but only go to the ones near the more expensive neighborhood, you can find clothes with tags still on them. Target and Kohls have really great sales.

Try ross TJ Max and Marshalls they have lots of name brand clothes for incredibly cheap prices.
