Yes. I love to paint and illustrate. But I find that art appreciation is more my thing; I leave the genius art making to others.

I love art because there are infinite number of ways that you can express yourself through art. My passion lies more toward computer graphics, 3D and some digital painting. I had very little formal training except for a year of extra lesson I took on sketching... so I am not that good. Even though a lot of it comes from talent and potential, but I think formal training is just as important, just like openning a locked window to another dimension. I am actually in engineering so I don't have much time to work on art related stuff. But here and there I can always squeeze in some time for pencil and paper. I played the trumpet, violin and tried to teach myself piano, I am not really good at any of that unfortunately...

I am an art lover though I tend to be slightly prejudiced in my husbands art in general. though some of my favorites include Dali, Escher, Faberge', Monet and many many more.I would send you pics of my man's work but I am uncertain if listing his google site, though nothing is for sale on it, is a legal thing in here....
He works with noble metals, mostly silver creating works that rival the greats of the past and you will find no one else doing work like his today I can assure you. It seems most artists are out to make money, and sure he would love to make some money from this or at least a living at it, but he does it in his free time as one project alone took him three years to complete, (after work and most weekends) He is also a musician who has written his own material, plays banjo and harmonica. though the banjo is a natural thing to him as is his Silver work. He is self taught and is now hoping that he can inspire others in at least the jewelry field by being an instructor... So he still gest to make a living, do his work, pass on his knowledge and generally feel good about all he does with his life.
Where are you located? Can't meet anyone when we don't know where you are?

I was brought up from a family whos all about fine arts. I started having my own unofficial comic about my classmates when I was 10 and a year later I started to indulged more on portraits. Then at school, a lot of my teachers friends has asked me to do quite a lot of art related stuff eventhough my basic was only fine arts. But from there, starting from high school, I started to build up the skills from photography to magazine editorial.

Currently I'm studying creative multimedia which we basically have to cover everything from design fundamental, webdesign, 2D/3D animation to video production.

For me, every day is a different battle and I know as an artist, its good to explore and experience. But on top of the things, I enjoy painting portraits esp using acrylic.

Below is a site of my online portfolio. Its an undone site since Im in the making of building a new one.

I love art!!! I draw, paint and I've recently gotten into 3D art and animation using Poser6. I put a lot of my work on renderosity but not everything you can check it out here:

I also have most of those on my website too:

I also play many instruments (not profesionally but I teach myself and play at home) I play the tabla (a goblet shapped hand drum also called darbuka, derbakke, doumbec, etc...), riq (like a ttambourine), sagat (finger cymbals, also called zills), keyboard, piano, saxophone, oud (like a lute), recorder, and harmonica. I think that's it!?

I am an FRP consultant who sculpts in FRP
and Filled Polyester Resin.
I am the author of "FRP - Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics and Filled Polyester Resin Manual" which will be in print in the next few months.
I've sculpted statues out of FRP and filled polyester resin for years.
That picture next to this message is of me taking an FRP deer mold off an FRP plug.
