My ex is trying for custody and my current husband's ex is trying for custody sametime. They are calling each other and going to the lawyers together in order to attack at the same time.
This has nothing to do with the children but has everything to do with the fact that my relationship with my current husband started as an affair during both of our previous marriages.
How do we make the judge aware of this and connect the two cases before a full blown custody hearing?

Tell your attorney i am sure this is more common then you would think your ex's are still feeling hurt and betrayed by your affair so I'm sure you can understand why they would band together to get even however custody of a child isn't granted due to Fidelity it's based on who can better care for the child and in most states the mother is more likely to retain custody. Make sure your attorney knows all the details and i am sure it will help you.. good luck
