I am 17 and I just can't seem to do situps. I can easily do pushups but I really get tired and my neck starts to hurt when I do situps.

Any tips for me?

the sit ups your doing a really bad for your neck and your back stop doing them. To tone and strenghen up your abs but your fingers just above your temple. pick a point on the ceiling then using your stomach only curl towards it dont go all the way up just so much as your stomach can curl while you face the spot on the ceiling. if you can hold it for a couple of seconds aswell that will really help to strenghten and tone. also if you want to get abs do some running or cardio vascolar excersise because you need to burn th efat around your stomach aswell.

I Bat That you are cute and you are trying to stay fiit, But the thing i do at home when i do sit-ups i put an pillow under my neck, do a few neck rolls, bend my legs. Then I lay on my back and start my sit-ups. After I do about 5 or 10 sit-ups I yake a brake, then i get back to doing my sit-ups. Also you might just won't to take it slow.
