Astrology is the oldest SCIENCE in the world...
People who try to foresee the future are full of crap. Think of astrology as a Psych 101 course... astrology will help you understand yourself, why you feel certain things, why you react certain ways in certain circumstances and what your strengths are. You must also realize that you are not pre-destined in the stars. Everyone has a different history, upbringing, experiences, and different kindergarden teachers.
I don't like the fact that people get on here and ask a simple question like "Is a taurus compatible with a virgo?" Then they may base a life decision on such a thing. That is just plain stupid.
There are many facets to astrology. Did you know that when people say their sign is _BLAH_ that they're talking about their sun sign? Yeup. This means that you have signs for all the planets in out solar system. You have a moon sign, mercury, venus, mars, jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune, pluto and rising signs. All of these things influence each other. There are also 12 houses (like the sky cut into pie pieces) and each planet was in the sky at a certain position the moment you were born. (There's a lot of mathematics involved in astrology.) The plants influence the houses in different ways.
The point I'm saying here is that don't run your life with Astrology, use it as a guide to help understand yourself while on this wonderful journey we're all taking here called life.

Horoscopes are real but they are fun to read and see if any thing simialar from your horoscope happens during that day.
