the sims 2 party code...?

its a rip off that a party can only have 2 ppl is there a way to make more ppl come and a code to do it.... dose it need capital letters and stuff please type it in the exsact way it is suposed to be put in on the sims 2 game!!!! thnx

The game can handle it, but most computers are usually not souped up enough. Thus the limit is default to 2 invites. I'll give you the code to enter, but read this...

I used to have an old 256 Meg graphics card then and only 500 Meg of RAM. Some of my Sim houses were HUGE with lots of furniture, trees, and decorations which would have to load for the party and I needed to adjust each party size for each lot. Instead of inviting a party right away, I would just get the sim on the phone and invite some best friends over.

Well, if I invited 4 sims over and the game was not slow and jerky yet, I would then pick the option for a party! then invite two sims over for the party. Those two would join the family of sims, plus their current visitors. So I'd have seven or a dozen or more on the lot. Just get some guests over early. Inviting them later while you are busy with the party can be less efficient. :)

If you just want to take the chance... and want to increase the number of automatic possible invites in one go, then you need to go to the neighborhood screen and type the cheat code

alt-shift-c

and when the little window opens up, paste this in exactly:

intprop maxnumofvisitingsims 8

Then go to your family that you want to party with, and the number of invites will be 8

Realize, that the better your computer is, the more RAM memory and the better quality the graphics card with its own cooling system, the more you can do. If your computer is not up to it, or is a laptop that cannot keep cool, you may crash the game. Small lots with minimal decorative stuff on it will be easier for a older computer to handle.
