She is a small minded idiot.
I was only saying today how good Madonna has been, even though I am a heavy rock fan, you have to respect how good she is at her work.
Let's ask Lilly Allen if she feels the same in 30 years time, if she is still around then.

I agree she is an attention seeker, she has said a lot of unnecessarily unpleasant things about several people, not just Madonna. I like her song, but let's see how long her career lasts compared to Madonna's.

I have to agree with Lily Allen. Madonna is completely deluded, and she thinks mystical cults and also border-obsessive exercise regimes are going to bring her the young image and stardom she deems to crave. She relies also on rapidly failing re-inventions, highly publicised and usually highly plasticy and fake- she seems to have a problem with being normal, and acting her age. She is a 40+ year old acting like a 20 year old.
Her devotion to Kahbalah is also laughable. This cult is rejected by most other Jewish sects, is expensive and money grabbing, and she fails to see this. She is typical of stars who find religion a pick-and-choose thing, a fad to be followed and then dumped when it suits them.
Her supposed 7 hours of daily exercise is also questionable- she is typical of older women who try to cling to youth.
Lily Allen is right to criticise- if you are going to be a star, then you will and have to take criticism. I personally find Madonna's music boring and massively over hyped and I find Lily Allen's earned fame much more fair and better than Madonna's hype. Your entire attitude seems to be "If people like it, then I hate it" and you seem unable to ignore something like this. I'm not a massive fan of L Allen, but am a Depeche Mode fan, and they recieve criticism but I just get on with it.
As for the press attention, I think the problem is not that LA wants attention, but reporters ee it as sensationalist, a story that will sell newspapers, and also that people love a caatfight between celebrities, a typical product of our celebrity obsessed culture, one which I personally refuse to join but you seem to be trapped in. GET OVER IT!!!!

Problem is when someones bin around as long as madonna they become 'part of the furniture'. Maybe shes right & has past it...If male singers her age had her stage act, come on,,, would you buy into it?
Also, not many females big enough to say it.
Offcourse, its also good publicity.

Lily Allen is a manufactured pop star who can hardly criticise someone with the ability to stay in the music industry for years and who can constantly change their apperance and musical sound

They've got more in common that she thinks: neither of them can sing and they're obviously both believe their own publicity.
