Most people would agree that most US citizens are Christians and as such share similar morals and views. Should those morals and views be incorporated into the creation and ongoing changes of the laws of the country? Why? Should they play a role in our interactions with other countries? Why?

They are already incorporated - the Founding Fathers took care of that for us, though through the years this influence has lessened greatly (to the detriment of our society). Why should they be that way? Because without morals, there can be no law. Who is to say that something should be illegal? Why is it wrong to murder someone? A lot of people answer this with "Well so long as you are not harming anyone else, it should be legal." Well who says it's wrong to harm others? You have to have a foundation of some kind or a society will crumble under it's own weight. If you don't know where you come from, you can't know where you are going.

Yes, I think it should play a role in relations with other countries because our history and morality define who we are, and if we don't acknowledge who we are, how can look out for our own best interests?

Your question implies that ONLY Christians have morals. It ignores other religions like Buddism, Hinduism, Judaism, Scientology, etc. and even Atheism. It's interesting to think that people like you NEED something, (like religion), or someone to TELL them what's moral, or not. This implies that if you had NO religion, you would'nt be able to use your brain to tell you the difference between right and wrong. Laws INHERENTLY are moral, in, and of themselves. Irrespective of religion.

I dislike the idea of the minority of the religious right imposing their so called moral agenda on our country.
