Thats the same as my desktop....integrated means built in....you'll have to check if you have slots for a n upgrade. Laptops don't usually have these to save space. Check with your supplier....

First answer is mostly right. Except that some laptops made by Dell and Alienware can have their graphics upgraded by the manufacturer, it's not like you can use an off the shelf card.
But, if your laptop is a mainstream laptop then no, you can't upgrade the graphics, you are stuck with what it came with. And just in general I would like to pose a question to those that purchase laptops with integrated graphics and then end up wanting to play a game, why didn't you buy one with a dedicated solution in the first place (this is a good one and is less than $1,100, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16834115246 but it is currently out of stock).
If you want to play games on your laptop, you have two choices (well you only have one) but if you do not have a laptop the solution is to buy a laptop with a dedicated graphics card in the first place. Your option is to buy a new laptop because there is currently no way it can be upgraded, note I said currently. An external solution may soon be on the market but that is a long shot as best as they currently have no interface capable of handling that much bandwidth over an external connection.

integrated means that the graphics card is built into the motherboard and with laptops it means that you can't upgrade the card
