I have the same problem as you. First of all, you need to start using an eye cream that is meant to reduce the bags under your eyes. Use it every day, morning and night! If you spend the high price, you will get something that is worth it. For covering up, I use a light cream based concealer that is made specifically for under the eyes. It's called "Boi-ing" and it is made by Benefit (www.benefitcosmetics.com). I love it and I don't go through a day with out it!! They make another product called "Lemon Aid" that I use in combination, I swear by it. Good luck!

It's hard to cover up bags, or loose skin under the eye. You may want to try a non-surgical face/eye lift. The products are every where and do have results, but they are temporary. If you want to completely eliminate the excess skin, consult with a plastic surgeon. It sounds drastic, but it's a small price we pay for beauty!
Keep looking great!
Best to you,

Use an under eye concealer. One that is pinkish in color. This way, the pink will help deflect light off your eye. Regular concealer will only "cake up" and increase the look of fine line and wrinkles!

drink lots of water- for some reason the more water you drink the smaller your under-eye circles become- then and only then will concealer help- for a quick fix preparationH really does work- its designed to shrink swelling.. its just embarassing to have in your makeup bag so squeeze a little into a little pot.

don't use cover up darker than your skin. use a shade lighter. also try putting cucumbers under your eyes. or a cold zip lock back with ice water. for about 5 minutes each. don't be tempted to use more makeup, it will look worse.

I match my concealer to my foundation, which in turn I try to match to my skin. Or you might experiment with both yellow and pink concealer. ( I tried, and went back to my medium beige.) And your avator has the right idea-moderately large sunglasses.
