If you lift weigths 4 days a week and run 10 mins 6 days a week, I think that you would be able to gain strength as wel as arobic. If you know you can, and you know you will then there is nothing to it, but to do it.

Yes, but you will need to also make sure you are alernating strength with muscle endurancce training. Try doing higher reps once a week to keep your muscles loose.

you should go on distance runs everyday cause it is easier to recover. However you should work out different parts of youur body every other day to give them a time to recover. ( upper-body one day; torso, legs the next etc.)

You don't hit aerobic level until you have been moving 20 minutes so increase your running to that.
