If you and your spouse are cheaters that's fine, if you are really in love and happy and really want to spend the rest of your life with the person you are with, you will not.

Humans are not naturally monogomous. The average length of a human pair bond is 3-4 years. To make it last throughout an entire lifetime is often impossible. It takes way more than love. Some people avoid cheating by swinging or doing an occasional threesome. I think it's healthy. I mean, if you don't trust and love each other completely, how do you expect to make it last?

lots of couples do, do that its called an open relationship and its getting more common and maybe all the cheating your talking about stems from people not having sex before marrage people need to experience different things before they Can make a life long commitment or they just spend their lives wondering what if and most end up being unfaithful

It not only sex that makes the two to stick together. I think its a beautiful word called love and it comes from the heart. Till one gets it towards the other partner, the search goes on and on till it is there between both of them.

because most people want more then a fling thats why. I think when you pick the person you want then you should do what ever it takes to make each other happy so you or they don't want to cheat

I would like to know where you got those statistics... because they seem extremely inflated to me!
My significant other and I would never even consider a "fling". I think it's not true love if you could imagine cheating...

A lot of people are insecure about the relationship they have and the connection they have with their "one". Sharing, or swinging can bring these insecurities out into the open and cause emotional distress. Why cause someone you care about any distress?
